We are looking for a Senior Aviation Implementation Consultant, specialized into the Aviation vertical.

You will leverage your drive, analytical intellect, and professional skills to help our customers implement our solutions, and to help us drive our innovations. You show discernment, attention to details, and want to evolve quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate the service delivery team to help our customers configure and deploy our products:
- Qualified candidates may quickly be given the lead for one or more customers,
- Get acquainted in detail with the specific aviation domains of our customers and rapidly become fluent as to what they do, their challenges, the value they bring to their own customers. Innovate for them with our solutions.
- Understand our customer processes and help optimize them via our solutions. Be consistently alert as to how our products must evolve to help drive our next innovations.
- Influence the product with your knowledge and your understanding of how our customers use our product
Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s in science in Aircraft Maintenance/Aeronautics or other aviation related studies
- Between 6 to 9 years of Customer-facing experience, in a Consulting capacity would be a plus
- A prior experience in Aircraft, Engine or Component Maintenance; Technical Record Management would be a strong plus
- Exposure to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDL)
- Excellent communication skills with full proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Well organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with the Office productivity suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- Should be able to work with clients under project delivery lines
